FAN #138H: "Anti-Climax" by President Chester A. Arthur

We've got more history at the Sobel Wiki.  First, For All Nails vignette #138H: "Anti-Climax" by President Chester A. Arthur, continuing the story of Sheriff Walker Bush in June 1949, and second, #190: "Going to California" by Mike Keating, continuting the start of the Great Northern War in 1898.

"Anti-Climax" was first posted to the soc.history.what-if newsgroup on 4 February 2003, and "Going to California" on 11 December 2002.

So we never found out what happened to Walker Bush after this vignette. (When we posted #144, which tells where most of our characters were on Christmas Day of 1974, Chet remarked that Bush's whereabouts were classified.)

If he survived the remainder of the Rainbow War, he could still be active in the 1970's. His analog GHWB had become head of the CIA by that time. Maybe Walker is the head of Army Intelligence? If I ever write another piece with Felipe in it, he could refer to his superiors. Or when we get to #201, which I don't think we ever finished the first time around...
