I've posted my own #66A: "In the Muck", in which the CNA's foreign minister negotiates the release of North American POWs in March 1973; and David Mix Barrington has posted #75: "A Helping Hand" by Henrik Kiertzner, in which two British officers begin training North American troops, also in March 1973.
"In the Muck" was first posted to the soc.history.what-if newsgroup on 22 March 2002, and "A Helping Hand" on 15 April 2002.
