G. Alderman's #91A: "The Reproaches", in which Evangeline Gilmore visits a Mexican Air Force base in July 1974.
"Youth of the Coronation" was first posted to the soc.history.what-if newsgroup on 28 April 2002, and "The Reproaches" on 25 July 2002.
